[Production description]

     Polyester brightener EVB -109 is a kind of polyester fluorescent brightener that can absorb dyeing at low temperature and set at high temperature. This product is suitable for padding method, high temperature and high pressure dip dyeing method, especially suitable for low temperature adsorption and high temperature shaping process.

 

[Application range  ]

 1. Pad dyeing hot melt method

Dosage: 1.5~3 g/L (adjust the dosage appropriately according to the requirements of the order)

Process: two dip and two rolling (rolling rate 65%-70%) → pre-drying (100 ºC) → baking and shaping

2. High temperature and high pressure dip dyeing method

Dosage: 0.2%--0.5% (relative to the weight of the dyed fabric)

Bath ratio: 1:10-20

Dyeing temperature: 120--130ºC

Dyeing time: 30-60 minutes

pH value: 4.5-5.5

3. Low temperature adsorption and high temperature shaping process

Dosage: 0.3~0.7% (relative to the weight of dyed fabric)

[Packaging and storage] 

    50KG/plastic drum (lined with plastic bag).

   Sorted in cool place ,prevent heated and  exposure ,stable period is 6 months.
