Product Description
YK-120 is mainly composed of inorganic and organic metal ion complexing agent.
It has excellent chelating ability for metal ions, as calcium ions, magnesium ions and iron ions, etc.
It can be applied in pretreatment process, dyeing process and soaping process after reactive dyeing and printing.

Features & Benefits

1. Contains no phosphate. Fits environmental protection requirements.
2. Resistant to acid, alkali, oxidant and electrolyte.
3. Excellent ability to soften water in high temperature or low temperature.
4. Can complex metal ions, as calcium ions, magnesium ions and iron ions, etc. to prevent the negative influences of metal ions on pretreatment and dyeing.
5. In dyeing process, can prevent white spots caused by water quality.
6. Can be used to clean calcium soap sediments in equipment.
7. Can be used in soaping process after reactive dyeing and printing to remove surface dyeing and prevent back-staining, which can improve soaping color fastness and washing color fastness.

Instruction

1. For pretreatment processs, reference dosage: 0.5~2 g/L.
2. For dyeing process, reference dosage: 0.5~1 g/L
3. For soaping process, reference dosage: 0.5~2 g/L.

Bath ratio: 1:5~1:15, 95Bath ratio: 1:5~1:15, 95ºC×20~30min → Dewater → Drying
