Production description
Hydrophobic silicone oil is a new type of block silicone emulsion, which has a new modified silicone chemical structure, and is combined with double the heavy modified functional group can give the fabric a soft, plump, and delicate hand feeling. It is suitable for the softness of cellulose fiber and synthetic fiber fabrics soft finishing.
Production characteristic
1. The product has good temperature resistance, alkali resistance, electrolyte resistance and shear resistance, and is safe and stable to use.
2. Suitable for all kinds of fibers, soft, fluffy and delicate in hand.
3. This product is especially suitable for raised fabrics such as polyester spandex and flannel. After finishing, it is dry, fluffy and soft.
4. It has low yellowing and low color change characteristics.
5. It is suitable for various process equipment and has high flexibility.
6. This product is also suitable for cylinder use, and has a good softening effect on synthetic fiber textiles such as cellulose fiber, nylon and polyester.
Using method
1. Recommended process
Padding process: synthetic fiber chemical fiber (polyester, nylon, nitrile, etc.) fabrics, the recommended dosage is 5-20g/L
For cellulose cotton (cotton, rayon, viscose, etc.) fabrics, the recommended dosage is 30~50g/L
The pH value of the padding working fluid needs to be kept below 7 (optimally between 4.5-6.0, adjustable with acetic acid)
(The amount of use varies with different fibers to be processed, please adjust appropriately according to actual needs)
2. Dipping process:
It is recommended to use after 1 open 3 dilution, the dosage is between 1 and 6%;
3. It can be used with other soft finishing agents to obtain a special hand-feel style. Please do a compatibility experiment before use.
Notes
1. Please do not expose it to air for a long time, and cover it in time after use;
2. The best cut-off date does not mean that the product is no longer applicable. Performance testing should be performed prior to use to ensure that it is applicability.
Packaging and storage
120KGS/ plastic drum (lined with plastic bag). Sorted in cool and ventilated place, shelf life is 6 - 12 months.
