Product Description
78623 is a block silicone polymer of ternary polymerization. It has the latest modified silicone chemical structure with double modified functional group.
It can be applied for various kinds of fabrics of cotton, cotton blends, viscose fiber, wool, polyester, polyester/ wool and other chemical fiber, etc., which makes the fabrics fluffy, smooth and elastic.
It is especially suitable for coral fleece and plush fabrics, etc.

3. Similar to self-emulsifying property. Can totally solve the safety problem, as roll banding and sticking to equipment.

Instruction

1. It is recommended to use in dipping process.

Kindly suggest to dilute it by ratio of 1:X (X=3~9) and then use.
Reference dosage of diluted 78623: 1~3% (o.w.f)
(For specific dosage, please adjust it according to sample test result.)

Note: To achieve uniform adsorption, kindly suggest to dissolve and dilute it in the auxiliary tank and then add it into the bath slowly. Generally please control the adding time within 5~10 minutes.
 

1. For unique hand feeling, it can be used together with other softener.
