Functions

1. An excellent active and direct dye dyeing leveling agent suitable for exhausting dyeing process of cellulose fiber fabrics which can make the dyes adhere to the cellulose fibers smoothly and evenly. It has excellent uniformity for dye dyeing in the fixing stage and the subsequent soaping to remove the floating color.
2. Excellent leveling performance even at low temperature and high electrolyte concentration. It has PH value slip function in the fixing stage, even along with the adding of NaOH, the pH value can only rise slowly and steadily, so that the dye can be cross-linked and fixed smoothly and evenly to avoid uneven color fixing.
3. Excellent complexation for heavy metal ions such as calcium and magnesium. The fabric will have pure color and soft handle. Very dispersive, even if all the additives such as electrolytes are added to the dyebath, it will not cause the dye to aggregate and precipitate, which is beneficial to the removal of the floating color of the hydrolyzed dye and can improve the wet fastness of the dye.
