BC-2068 Hydrophilic Stiff Smooth Anti-Microbial Softener BC-2068
Brief Introduction:
A new block silicone quaternary ammonium salt softener, it endows cellulose fibers excellent long-lasting anti-microbial hydrophile and stiff smooth fine handle. It is applicable for the hydrophlic anti-bacterial handle finishing of cellulose fiber, rayon and blends.
Characteristics
* Excellent anti-microbial effect, its anti-bacterial result conforms to FZ/T 73023-2006 standard AAA (after wash durability 50 times);
* Good effect for deodorization and obviously mildew proof;
* Keep and improve hydrophile of fibers, hydrophile is for 1 ~ 3 seconds;
* Stable property and safety in use as well as easy rework;
* It endows stiff, smooth, fine and silk quality handle.

Application:
Suitable for padding and impregnation method of hydrophlic softening finish, its dosage and processing depends on the requirement of fiber handle.
Suggested padding process procedure as below:
Anti-microbial softening agent 60~80g/L
dried fabric -- one dip one pad (padding liquid ratio 70-80%) --
dry setting (130~170ºC)
When working with this softener, make sure the fabrics are wih high drophlile before finishing process.
Remark:
1. Do not disclose this product in the air. Close and seal after using.
2. With the extension of storage time, the PH value of this product will be slow raised. Its transparance and color shade will vary slightly. But it do not mean the product cannot not be used any more. Please do property testing to ensure its applicablity.
Packaging & Storage
50KG or 120KG plastic drum (with plastic bag lining), put in cool ventilate to prevent exposure. The storage period is 6 months.
