Product Description
YK-8010 is mainly composed of fluorocarbon.
After form a dense cross-linked film on the surface of fiber, it can lower the surface tension of fabrics, which imparts fabrics water-proofing, oil-proofing and anti-fouling effect.
It is suitable for cellulose fibers and chemical fibers.

Instruction

1. For cotton and rayon, reference dosage: 60~180 g/L.

Padding (Pressure ≤ 2.5 kg/cm²) → Setting (160~180ºC, Speed < 24m/min)

1. For polyester and nylon, reference dosage: 30~60 g/L

Padding (Pressure ≤ 2.5 kg/cm²) → Setting (160~180ºC, Speed < 24m/min)

1. For cotton denim or polyester denim, reference dosage: 2~6% (o.w.f.).

→ Dewater and drying (Room temperature × 20~30min)
