Product Description
24057 is mainly composed of special reduzate.
Under acid condition, it can effectively destroy the dyes that are not dyed or not fixed on fabrics.
It can be applied in reduction clearing process of acid dyeing bath (cooling stage) for fabrics of polyester and polyester blends.

Instruction
Reference dosage:
For medium color: 2~3% (o.w.f)
For dark color: 4~5% (o.w.f)

Reference process:

1. After dyeing polyester, decrease temperature to 85~90ºC.
2. Add acetic acid to adjust pH value to 4~4.5. (The lower pH value, the better effect.)
3. Add Acid Reduction Clearing Agent 24057 → 85~90ºC×15~20min

Note:
For dark color fabrics, the effect of reduction clearing is better to add water again after drainage.

1. Please do not expose it to air for long time and cover it in time after using.
2. Please store in a cool and ventilated place and avoid sun exposure.
