Hydrophilic liquid softer is a kind of polyether modified ester high-concentration softener compound. The fiber fabric finished by it has the effects of hydrophilicity, low yellowing, softness, fluffy and smoothness.
[Production characteristic]
1.Widely range of applications , can be used in the dipping and pad dyeing of various fibers.
2. It has good dispersibility and permeability, and can be quickly combined with fibers.
3. Excellent softness, fluffy and thick feeling.
4. Less foam is generated during use, suitable for high-temperature machines, overflow dyeing machines and continuous padding processes.
5. It has low yellowing characteristics and can be applied to bleached fabrics.
6. It is convenient to change dyeing and stripping.
[Application rage]
Suitable for dipping and rolling of all kinds of fiber fabrics.
[Reference dosage ]
It is a high concentration product, recommended to use after diluted with softened water (recommended dilution ratio: 1:2 ~ 3).
Dipping process: diluted product 2 ~ 5% (o.w.f), room temperature to 40 ºC × 15 ~ 25 minutes)
Padding process: diluted product 10 ~ 50g/L, padding at room temperature, drying or shaping
