This product is a special cationic polymer.
After reacting with cellulose fibers, the fibers become positively charged, which can significantly increase the dyeing rate of active and direct dyes on the fibers.
It is mainly used for cotton fabrics and other anionic dyeing deepening agents and fixing agents; it can also be used for dyeing of garment coatings and overdyeing of denim coatings.

[Application method]
Take cotton fabric deepening and dyeing as an example:
1. Process flow: cooking → washing water → peracid → modification → hot water washing twice (70 ~ 80 ºC × 10 minutes)
→ 3 to 4 times cold water washing → dyeing → post-treatment → drying → finished product
Note: After the modification, it is necessary to strengthen the washing, otherwise it will easily cause dyeing.
2. Modification process:
Amount of modifier 3 ~ 6% (o.w.f)
Temperature * time 40 ~ 60 ºC * 20 ~ 30min
3. Dyeing: In order to ensure uniform dyeing, please use the step-by-step salt and alkali process, and add sensitive colors in three times according to the ratio of 1/10, 3/10, and 6/10, each adding time is 20 minutes, with an interval of 10 minutes. For non-sensitive colors, please adjust the method of adding saline and alkali according to the specific conditions.
Note: This additive is not suitable for pre-alkali dyeing process.
[Packing and storage]
50kg, 120kg plastic drum (lined with plastic bag); placed in a cool and ventilated place to prevent heat and exposure, the shelf life is 6 months
