High Concentration & High Temperature Leveling Agent 20251

Product Description 
20251 is mainly composed of fatty ester and surfactant.
Fatty ester has affinity for polyester fiber, which can combine with polyester fiber to slow down the dyeing of dyes and makes fibers dyed evenly to achieve the purpose of leveling dyeing.
It is mainly applied in high temperature and high pressure dyeing process for fabrics of polyester fibers and polyester blends, etc.

2. Excellent leveling performance. Can shorten the dyeing time, improve production efficiency and save energy.
3. Strong ability of retarding. Can effectively decrease the initial dyeing rate and solve dyeing defect problem caused by un-simultaneous dyeing of mixed dyes.
4. Extremely low foam. No need to add defoaming agent. Reduces silicone spots on cloth and pollution to equipment.
5. Improves application performance of dispersing dyes, especially the using effect of low-end dyes.

Instruction
It is high concentration product. Kindly suggest to dilute it to 25% by soft water and then use.
For dipping process, reference dosage of diluted 20251: 0.5~1 % (o.w.f)
