The new ultra-soft hydrophilic silicone oil CX-Y714 is a multi-component copolymer of polysiloxane, polyamine and polyether Suitable for finishing treatment of cellulose fiber, good hydrophilicity handle. Excellent alkali and shear resistance, high cost performance.Eco-friendly w/o banned chemicals, and meets the EU Otex-100 standard.

[Application range]
suitable for finishing of all kinds of fiber fabrics, especially for the finishing of cotton fabrics, which can impart good hydrophilicity to fabrics and excellent hand feel.
[Using method ]
Emulsification way :according to CX-Y714:emulgator ,Emulsification ratio: 5:1 to 3:1.put the original oil and emulgator into the reaction kettle ,sturred the mixture, after mixing ,add water to the require content . Adjust the pH to 5~6 with an appropriate amount of acetic acid to obtain a transparent microemulsion
2.Using dosage :30-80g/L
The specific dosage should be adjusted by the user testing
The experiment proves that the product is better and safer under weakly acidic conditions (pH value 5.5~6.0)!
[Packaging and storage]
50KG or 120 KG/ plastic drum (lined with plastic bag).
Store in a cool, ventilated place to prevent exposure and storage period of 1 year.
