Product Description

88769 is an amino modified silicone microemulsion with special structure.
It can be applied in the finishing process for fabrics of cotton, viscose fiber, Modal, cotton/nylon and cotton/polyester, etc., which makes the fabrics soft, smooth and exquisite.
It is especially suitable for knitted fabrics of cotton spandex blends.

1. Contains no APEO or prohibited chemical substances. Consistent with the European Union standard of Otex-100.
2. Imparts fabrics soft, smooth, dry, elastic and exquisite hand feeling.
3. Low shade changing and low heat yellowing.

Installation Instructions

Padding process:
For light and thin fabric: reference dosage: 10~20 g/L
For heavy and thick fabric: reference dosage: 20~30 g/L
The best pH value of working solution: 6.0~7.0
Setting: Dipping and padding (Pickup: 70~90%) → 160~170ºC × 60~90s
