Product Description
70869 is a block silicone emulsion with special structure.
It can be applied in various kinds of fabrics of cellulosic fibers and cellulosic fiber blends, as cotton, viscose fiber, cotton/ polyester, modal  etc., which makes the fabrics soft, stiff, elastic and smooth.

Features & Benefits

1. Stable in high temperature, acid, alkali and electrolyte.
2. Extremely low yellowing. Suitable for light color and bleached fabrics.

Typical Properties

Appearance:	Milky white fluid
Ionicity:	Weak cationic
pH value:	6.5±0.5 (1% aqueous solution)
Solubility:	Soluble in water

Instruction

1. It is recommended to use in padding process. Reference dosage: 30~80 g/L.

Setting: 150~180ºC. Time: 50~60s.
The bath pH value should be under 7 (5-6 is the best).

1. For unique hand feeling, it can be used together with other softener.

Please do a compatibility experiment before using.
