[Main ingredients]
Alkali leveling agent cyb-3065 is a special auxiliary agent for polyester alkali dyeing, which is a mixture of special polymer and surfactant. This product belongs to the environmental protection product, does not contain APEO, easy biodegradation.
[Product description]
The application of CYB-3065 in alkali bath dyeing of polyester and blended yarn can improve the quality of dyed products and reduce the comprehensive dyeing cost. It can avoid the defects such as spots, color spots and white powder caused by the precipitation of oligomer in traditional acid dyeing. The dyed polyester yarn has pure color and soft handle compared with the traditional acid dyeing.
[Features and advantages]
1. CYB-3065 can keep the pH value of dyeing bath about 7.5-8 in the whole dyeing process, effectively prevent and remove the polyester oligomer easily produced in the dyeing process, and avoid the phenomenon of white powder, stain and color spots.
2. The Alkali leveling agent CYB-3065 has strong buffering capacity, less affected by the deviation of dyeing water bath ratio, high success rate of dyeing lofting and small cylinder difference.
3. CYB-3065 has strong emulsifying and degreasing ability and dispersing effect, which is suitable for pretreatment and one bath one-step dyeing process.
4. The yarn dyed with Alkali leveling agent CYB-3065 has bright color and better dispersion and levelness of dyeing solution than that of traditional acid dyeing.
5. Using CYB-3065 to do Alkali dyeing, the dyed yarn has less floating color and good fastness, which can reduce the reduction cleaning after dyeing, reduce the times of cylinder cleaning, improve the equipment utilization, shorten the process time and save energy costs such as water, electricity and steam.

1.Dyeing of pure polyester yarn

The temperature and time of normal dyeing process (the same as acid dyeing) are adopted, and water washing or reduction cleaning after dyeing are adopted
2.Dyeing of polyester cotton blended yarn

After dyeing, reactive dyes were overprinted after hot washing and cold washing. After dyeing cotton, anti staining soaping powder 1-2g / l was used to remove floating color.
