Product Description
11045A is mainly composed of various kinds of surfactants.
It is suitable for desizing, degreasing, scouring and bleaching process for fabrics of polyester, nylon and their blends, etc.

Instruction

1. Batch-type method (Overflow dyeing machine and degreasing and scouring in dyeing bath):

Bath: reference dosage of 11045A: 0.5~1.0 g/L, reference dosage of sodium carbonate: 0.2~0.3 g/L
Bath ratio: 1:6~1:10
Reference process: 50~60ºC×30~50min

1. Continuous method (Open-width degreasing and washing machine and open-width degreasing and scouring process):

Bath: reference dosage of 11045A: 1~2 g/L, reference dosage of chelating dispersing agent: 0.5~1 g/L, reference dosage of sodium carbonate: 1~2 g/L
Reference process: First unit for bath (50~60ºC) → Second unit for bath (50~60ºC)
→ Third to fourth unit for soft water (50~60ºC) → Fifth to sixth unit for soft water (25ºC)
→ Seventh unit for 0.2 g/L acetic acid (25ºC)
Note: Please adjust the function of each unit and adjust concentration of bath according to equipment.
