Product Description
76356is a block silicone emulsion of high concentration, which has special structure.
It has excellent finishing effect on various kinds of fabrics of cellulose fiber and cellulose fiber blends.
Especially, it can impart polyester fabrics, napping fabrics and covering yarns, etc. superb soft, smooth and fluffy hand feeling.

3. A very small dosage can achieve excellent effects.

Typical Properties

Appearance:	Milky fluid
Ionicity:	Weak cationic
pH value:	6.5±0.5 (1% aqueous solution)
Solubility:	Soluble in water

Instruction

1. For padding process, reference dosage: 5~10 g/L.

Setting: 160~180ºC.
pH value: Below 7 (5-6 is the best).

1. For dipping process, it is recommended to dilute by ratio of 1:X (X=3~9).

Reference dosage of diluted 76356: 0.5~2% (o.w.f)
40~50ºC×10~20 minutes → Dewater → Dry

Attention

1. Please do not expose it to air for long time and cover it in time after using.
2. Please store in a cool and ventilated place and avoid sun exposure.
