This product is a compound of a variety of surfactants, has excellent low temperature, low alkali degreasing effect, suitable for degreasing of various fabrics.
[Features and advantages]
1. Excellent low-temperature degreasing performance, especially suitable for degreasing of spandex-containing fabrics.
2. Excellent emulsifying and dispersing effects, preventing oil stains from re-adhering to fibers and improving fabric whiteness.
3. Neutral degreasing effect is better, weaker alkali effect is better.
4. One-bath method of degreasing and dyeing has no adverse effect on shade.
[Application range]
Pretreatment of all kinds of fiber fabrics or yarns, especially suitable for one-bath process of degreasing and dyeing chemical fiber and its blended fabrics.
[Reference dosage]
1. Degreasing process:
Low temperature degreasing agent 0.5 ~ 2% (o.w.f)
50 ºC ~ 60 ºC × 20 ~ 30min → Wash clean (if high-temperature degreasing is needed, it can be kept at 50 ºC ~ 60 ºC for 30min, and then the temperature effect is better)
2. One bath method for degreasing and dyeing:
Low temperature degreasing agent 0.5 ~ 1% (o.w.f)
[Packing and storage]
120kg plastic bucket (lined with plastic bag);
It should be stored in a cool and ventilated place for a period of six months.
