Product Description
45193 is mainly composed of dicyandiamide formaldehyde polymer.
Super large cationic polymer being used together with PAC and PAM can wrap the pigment and organic matters in the sewage in the floccule and remove them.
It can be applied in decoloration treatment of sewage with high color fastness for various kinds industries, as textile, printing and dyeing, bleaching, papermaking, printing ink, electroplate and pigment, etc.
It is suitable for most dyeing wastewater to remove stubborn chroma.

2. Has the advantages, as thorough decoloration effect, no return to color and very few sludge, etc., comparing with the decoloring process of strong oxidant, strong reductant and ferrous with lime.

Instruction

1.Please dilute it with 10~40 times water. Add it into wastewater directly and stir it for few minutes, then make sedimentation or air floatation. The decolored water is obtained.
(Note: The diluted solution cannot be long time stored. Please use out of it within 24 hours.)

 2.Adjusting pH value of wastewater to 7~9 can improve the processing effect.

 3.When the chroma and COD of wastewater are high, polyaluminum chloride can be used also. But it cannot be mixed with 45193.To add polyaluminum chloride first or later should be determined according to the test and treatment process.

Attention

1. Please do not expose it to air for long time and cover it in time after using.
2. Please store in a cool and ventilated place and avoid sun exposure.
