This product is suitable for the fixation treatment of active and direct dyes. The main component is polypolyamine compounds. It can form macromolecular compounds with dyes and combine with fibers to form insoluble substances. It has obvious effects on improving the dyeing fastness of cotton fibers. An environmentally friendly fixing agent with excellent performance.
[Features and advantages]
1. Does not contain formaldehyde and meets environmental protection requirements.
2. Significantly improve the washing, sweat and wet rubbing fastness of direct dyes and reactive dyes without affecting the fastness to sunlight.
3. Washing fastness and sweat fastness to active red and lake blue are significantly improved.
4. The color fading during the fixing process is very small, and the color change of the dyed matter after fixing is small.
5. Can be used in the same bath with cationic or non-ionic softener to improve efficiency and save costs.
6. This product cannot be used in the same bath with anionic auxiliaries. Before using it in the same bath as softeners, relevant stability tests must be done first.

Reference dosage: padding method: fixing agent 10-40g / L
Dipping method: Fixing agent 0.5-2% (o.w.f), 25-45 ºC * 15-20min
Packing and storage
50kg, 120kg plastic drum (lined with plastic bag);
Store in a cool and ventilated place to prevent heat and exposure. The shelf life is 6 months.
