Product Description
88768 is a modified silicone emulsion with special structure.
It can be applied for various kinds of fabrics of cellulose fibers and cellulose fiber blends, as cotton, viscose fiber, cotton/ polyester, cotton/ nylon and modal, etc., which makes the fabrics soft, fluffy and smooth.
It is especially suitable for cotton lycra.
Features & Benefits
1. Stable in high temperature, acid, alkali and electrolyte.
2. Extremely low yellowing.
3. A very small dosage can achieve excellent effects.
Instruction
1. It is recommended to use in padding process.
Reference dosage: 30~50g/L.
Setting: 150~180ºC.
Time: 50~60s.
The bath pH value should be under 7. (5~6 is the best.)
2. For special hand feeling, it can be used together with other softener.
Please do a compatibility experiment before using.
Attention
1. Please stir it evenly before using.
2. Please do not expose it to air for long time and cover it in time after using.
3. Please store in a cool and ventilated place and avoid sun exposure.
