Product Description
76637 is the latest block modified hydrophilic silicone finishing agent.
It can be applied in the hydrophilic and soft finishing process for fabrics of cotton, cotton blends, synthetic fiber, viscose fiber and chemical fiber, etc., which makes fabrics soft, smooth, plump and silk-like.

1. Contains no prohibited chemical substances. Fits environmental protection requirements. Consistent with the European Union standard of Otex-100.
2. Similar to self-emulsifying property, which can ensure the stability of the bath. Can totally solve the safety problem, as roll banding and sticking to equipment, etc.

4. Excellent hydrophilicity.
5. Imparts fabrics soft, smooth, exquisite and silk-like hand feeling.

Instruction

1. It is suitable for padding and dipping process.
2. It is high concentration. Kindly suggest to dilute it by soft water by ratio of 1:2.
3. Softening Process:

1. Padding Process:

For light and thin fabric, reference dosage of diluted 76637: 10~20 g/L
For heavy and thick fabric, reference dosage of diluted 76637: 20~30 g/L
The best pH range of working solution: 6.0~7.0
Padding and dipping (Pickup: 70~90%) → 160~170ºC×60~90 seconds

1. Dipping Process:

Reference dosage of diluted 76637: 1.0~2.0% (o.w.f)
Bath ratio: 1:20
Process: 40~50ºC×10~20 minutes → Dewater  → Drying (100~120ºC)

1. Please stir it evenly before using.
2. Please do not expose it to air for long time and cover it in time after using.
3. Please store in a cool and ventilated place and avoid sun exposure.
