[ Product Description ]

       Nylon /spandex degreasing agent is a compound of various surfactants. It has excellent degreasing effect and anti-contamination performance. It is especially suitable for the wide-width degreasing and scouring of nylon / spandex and polyester / spandex knitted fabrics. It has high degreasing efficiency and can effectively prevent the occurrence of dyed white spots. This product is also suitable for degreasing and refining various other fiber fabrics.

[Application range]  

1.Used in the cylinder, continuous open-width degreasing and refining of nylon / spandex, polyester / spandex fabrics;

2.Used for pre-treatment degreasing, emulsification and refining of other various fiber fabric

Continuous open-width degreasing and refining: Please adjust the additional material concentration      according to the equipment.

Working fluid: degreasing agent 1003 1 ~ 2g / L; anti-white spot agent 0.3 ~ 0.5g / L

Reference process: 1st grid (80 ~ 85 ºC) → 2nd grid (90 ~ 95 ºC) → 3rd grid (60 ºC) → 4-7 grid (room temperature)

Working fluid: degreasing agent 1003 1 ~ 2g / L; anti-white spot agent 0.3 ~ 0.5g / L ,water ratio:1:10 ~ 20

Reference process: room temperature → 95 ~ 98ºC×30min → wash 1~ 2 times

[Packing and storage]

50KG/120kgplastic drum (lined with plastic bag).

Store in a cool, ventilated place to prevent heat and exposure for a period of 6 months
