Product Description
CX-7556 is the latest silicone emulsion of ternary polymerization.
It has new modified chemical structure of silicone and contains double modified functional groups.
It can be applied in the softening finishing process for various kinds of fabrics especially for synthetic fiber fabrics, such as polyester, nylon and milk fiber, etc., which makes fabrics soft, plump and exquisite.

Features & Benefits

1. Stable in high temperature, alkali and hard water. High shear resistance.
2. Imparts fabrics soft, plump, elastic and exquisite hand feeling.
3. Low yellowing and low shade changing.
4. Can be used directly in dyeing bath.
5. Suitable for polyamide and acrylic fiber fabrics.

Instruction

1. It is recommended to use in padding process.

For fabrics of synthetic fibers (as polyester, nylon and acrylic fiber, etc.), reference dosage: 5~20 g/L.
The bath pH value should be below 7. (5~6 is the best. It can be adjusted by acetic acid.)
 

2. For dipping process, kindly suggest to dilute it by 1:3 and then use.

Reference dosage of diluted CX-756: 2~6% (o.w.f)
(For different fibers, please adjust dosage according to actual requirements.)
 

3. It can be used together with other finishing agents.

Please do a compatibility experiment before using.

Attention

1. Please stir it evenly before using.
2. Please do not expose it to air for long time and cover it in time after using.
3. Please store in a cool and ventilated place and avoid sun exposure.
