[Descriptions]
A brand new block-modified hydrophilic silicone finishing agent that can be applied to the hydrophilic finishing of various fabrics: cotton, blended, rayon, viscose, chemical fiber, silk, wool, etc., giving fabric smooth and silky handle.
[Features]
1. Will not affect the hydrophilic properties of pure cotton and its blended fabrics while improve the hydrophilicity of chemical fiber fabrics.
2. Approximate self-emulsifying property to ensure the stability of the working solution and completely solve the safety problems such as sticking cylinder and sticky roller.
3. Excellent product stability at different pH and temperature conditions.
4. Impart the fabrics superior smooth and silky handle.
5. Low yellowing feature, suitable for white and light color fabrics.
[Usage]
1. Padding method: dosage 30g/L ~ 80g/L, heat setting temperature 150ºC ~ 180ºC, 50sec ~ 60se(Specific process can be adjusted accordingly
2.Can be used with other finishing agents to obtain a special handle, please make a compatibility test before use.
[Packaging and storage]
50KG / 120KGS/ plastic drum (lined with plastic bag).
Sorted in cool and ventilated place ,prevent exposed , stable period is 6 months .
