Product Description
44503 is mainly composed of organic zinc compound.
It can be applied in the antibacterial and mildew-proof finishing process for fabrics of chemical fiber, as polyester, nylon, wool and acrylic fiber, etc. and their blends.

Instruction

1. For dipping process, reference dosage: 0.3~1.0% of weight of fabric.

For polyester and nylon, it can be used directly in dyeing bath.
For acrylic fiber and wool, it cannot be used directly in dyeing bath. Please use it in finishing process.

1. For padding process, reference dosage: 0.3~1.0% of weight of fabric.

Dipping and padding → Drying and setting (120~180ºC)

1. Please do not expose it to air for long time and cover it in time after using.
2. Please store in a cool and ventilated place and avoid sun exposure.
