Product Description
78193 is a block silicone emulsion with special structure.
It can be applied for various kinds of fabrics of cellulose fibers and cellulose fiber blends, as cotton, viscose fiber, polyester/ cotton, cotton/ nylon, modal and, etc., which makes the fabrics soft, smooth and fluffy. It is especially suitable for thick knitted fabrics, as mercerized cotton, cotton fleece and terry, etc.

Instruction
1. It is recommended to use in padding process.
Reference dosage: 30~60 g/L. Setting: 150~160ºC.
The bath pH value should be under 7. (5-6 is the best. It can be adjusted by glacial acetic acid.)
(Dosage can be adjusted according to customer's requirement.)
(In order to ensure the complete applicability of the product, setting temperature should be below 160ºC.)
2. For unique hand feeling, it can be used together with other softener.
Please do a compatibility experiment before using.

1. Please stir it evenly before using.
2. Please do not expose it to air for long time and cover it in time after using.
Please store in a cool and ventilated place and avoid sun exposure.
Package
120kg plastic barrel, IBC tank and storage in cool, dry, ventilated place for shelf life 6 months.
