Product Description
0000 is a silicone polymer with self-crosslinked polyether amine ester structure.
It can be combined with the active group of the treated fabric to form a crosslinked network structure, which has excellent durability and washable performance.
It is suitable for lasting and washable hydrophilic finishing for various kinds of fabrics.

Features & Benefits

1. Contains no APEO or prohibited chemical substances. Consistent with the European Union standard of Otex-100.
2. Can be applied in the washable hydrophilic finishing for various kinds of fabrics.
3. Can improve the compactness of yarns.
4. Extremely low shade changing and extremely low yellowing.

Instruction

1. Padding process:

Reference dosage: 5~20 g/L
The best pH value of working solution: 6.0~7.0
Setting: Dipping and padding (Pickup: 70~90%) → 160~170ºC × 60~90s
 

1. Dipping process:

Reference dosage: 0.5~1.5% (o.w.f)
Bath ratio: 1:20
Process: 50~70ºC × 20~30 min → Dewater → Dry (100~120ºC)

1. Please stir it evenly before using.
2. Please do not expose it to air for long time and cover it in time after using.
3. Please store in a cool and ventilated place and avoid sun exposure.
