[Production characteristic]
1. Good hydrophilicity: does not affect the hydrophilic properties of pure cotton and its blended fabrics, can give the fabric a good hydrophilic effect;Excellent durable hydrophilic performance to ensure wearing comfort.
2. Very high stability: The characteristic of transparent liquid is a major breakthrough in enhancing the appearance of silicone oil (white liquid or beige emulsion) in China. Excellent storage stability, no delamination or oil floating phenomenon occurs at all.
3. Perfect applicability: The characteristics of nano-scale microemulsion ensure the stability in high shear and a wide pH range.In the process, there is no phenomenon of sticking roller, sticking cylinder, oil floating and demulsification of traditional silicone oil.
4. Application feel: Provides superior elastic, smooth, and plump finishing effects.
5. Significant darkening: The darkening effect is significant on the black series (reactive black, sulfur black), effectively increasing the dyeing depth by 20 to 50%,Greatly save the amount of dye.

[Using method]
1.Recommend artwork
Padding method: one dipping and one padding , dosage is 30 ~ 80g/L, pre-baked at 120°C, setting on 150°C ~ 160°C, 50 seconds. (The specific process can be adjusted according to the sample or special requirements)
2. It can be used with other finishing agents to obtain a special hand-feel style. Please do a compatibility experiment before use.
