Production description
This product is mainly used for 98°C-110°C high temperature and low alkali-free neutralization  rapid bleaching of cotton yarn and cotton fabric. It can control the pH value of the bleaching residue to near neutral while obtaining the ideal whiteness and hair effect. The number of subsequent washing is reduced, and the neutralization process is eliminated, thereby shortening the process flow and reducing the water and electricity consumption.

Characteristic and advantages

1. Activate  hydrogen-peroxide, which can promote the effective decomposition of hydrogen-peroxide, and significantly improve the whiteness and hair effect of the treated fabric;
2. Stabilize hydrogen-peroxide  can control the inefficient decomposition of hydrogen-peroxide, and reduce the strong damage of fabric;
3.  Used in combination with hydrogen-peroxide, the system has strong oxidative degradation, which can effectively remove impurities such as slurry, cotton wax and pectin;
4. Compared with the traditional bleaching process, saving  more than 30% water ,the operation is simple, which can shorten the processing time and reduce the comprehensive cost.
