Product Description
CX-742 is the latest block modified hydrophilic silicone finishing agent.
It can be applied in the hydrophilic finishing process for various kinds of fabrics of cotton, Lycra, viscose fiber, polyester/ cotton and nylon/ cotton, etc., which imparts the fabrics good hydrophilicity and a certain effect of deepening and brightening on color shade.
It makes fabrics soft, smooth and dry.

- Stable in high temperature, acid, alkali and electrolyte.
- Imparts fabrics superior soft, elastic and plump hand feeling.
- Strong stability in high shear and wide pH range. During use, there will be no roll banding, sticking to equipment, floating oil or demulsification as traditional silicone oil.
- Extremely low yellowing. Suitable for white color and light color fabrics.
- Excellent effect of deepening and brightening especially on activated black. Effectively improves dyeing depth and reduces dyes.
- Low yellowing of storage.
Instruction
1. It is recommended to use in padding process.
Reference dosage: 50~80 g/L.
Pre-drying: 120 ºC.
Setting: 150~180ºC. Time: 50s.
(For different process, please adjust dosage according to sample test result.)
2. For special hand feeling, it can be used with other softener.
Please do a compatibility experiment before using.
