Production description
Chemical fibe hydrophobic silicone oil SC-72005 is is a multi-element copolymer of polysiloxane, polyamine and polyether, suitable for cellulose fiber and synthetic fiber weaving
After finishing the fabric, the treated fabric has good smoothness and super soft feel. Good resistance to hard water and shear,Super high cost performance.
This product is an environmentally friendly product, does not contain banned chemicals, and meets the European Union Otex-100 standard.
Application
Suitable for all kinds of fiber fabrics after finishing, especially for polyester fabrics after finishing, can give the fabric good smoothness and excellent soft feel.
Using method
1. Emulsification method: emulsify according to the ratio of SC-72005: emulsifier20~15:1. Put crude-oil and emulsifier into the reaction in the kettle, start stirring for 20 minutes, add water in multiple batches, mix evenly to the required content, adjust with appropriate amount of acetic acid The pH is 5~6, and a transparent microemulsion is obtained.
2. Suggested dosage: generally 10-30g/L for preparing emulsion;
The specific dosage should be adjusted by the user through experiments.
Experiments have proved that this product is better and safer to use under weak acid conditions (pH value of 5.0~6.0)
