Brief introduction
Hydrophilic silicone oil for cylinder is a hydrophilic high-grade soft finishing agent with a ternary copolymer structure synthesized by a new technology. At room temperature, the hydrophilic silicone oil in the cylinder is quite stable under acidic and alkaline conditions; when the pH is not more than 10, the hydrophilic silicone oil in the cylinder also has excellent stability under high temperature conditions of 100 °C. It is especially suitable for use in the overflow machine cylinder, which makes the soft process more convenient. After dyeing, the cylinder is not too soft to the cylinder, which saves time and water, steam and electricity.
Characteristic and advantages

1. It does not affect the hydrophilic properties of pure cotton and its blended fabric can improve the hydrophilicity of chemical fiber fabrics.

Using method

1. Recommend artwork

        Impregnation process: dosage 2 ~ 5% (o.w.f), temperature 30 ~ 50 °C, time 20 ~ 30 minutes, dehydration, drying at 100 ~ 150 °C (the specific process can be adjusted according to the sample).
    2. This product is also suitable for padding process, the recommended dosage is 50~80g/L.
3. Can be used with other soft finishing agents to achieve a special feel style, please do a compatibility experiment before use.
Attention notes
1.Please do not expose it to air for a long time, and cover it in time after use;
2. The best cut-off date does not mean that the product is no longer suitable and should be tested for performance prior to use to ensure its suitability.
Packaging and storage
50KG or 120 KG/ plastic drum (lined with plastic bag).
