Product Description
44196 is mainly composed of waterborne polyurethane.
The reactive group of waterborne polyurethane can react with cellulose fibers to form a protective film, which improves wet rubbing color fastness.
It can be applied for improving wet rubbing color fastness of fabrics of cotton and cotton blends dyed by reactive dyes, sulfur dyes, direct dyes and indigo blue dyes, etc.

Instruction

1. For padding process, reference dosage: 10~30g/ L

Padding at 25ºC → Drying or setting at more than 150ºC.

Note:
If use together with softener in same bath, please do a compatibility experiment before using.
Most softener will influence the using effect of 44196.
 

1. For dipping process, reference dosage: 3~5% (o.w.f).

Dipping at 25ºC for 15~20 minutes. → Dewater → Drying at more than 150ºC

Attention

1. Please do not expose it to air for long time and cover it in time after using.
2. Please store in a cool and ventilated place and avoid sun exposure.
