This product is suitable for the color fixation treatment of reactive and direct dyestuffs. The main component is a polypolyamine polymer compound. It can form macromolecular compounds with dyestuffs and combine with fibers to form insoluble substances. It has obvious effect on improving the dyeing fastness of cotton fiber. An environmental curing agent with excellent performance.
[Features and advantages]
1. Does not contain formaldehyde and meets environmental protection requirements.
2. Significantly improve the washing fastness, sweat resistance and wet rubbing fastness of the direct dye, without affecting the sun fastness.
3. Washing fastness and perspiration fastness to colors such as active turquoise and lake blue are significantly improved.
4. The color fading during the fixing process is very small, and the color change of the dyed matter after fixing is small.
5. Can be used in the same bath with cationic or non-ionic softener to improve efficiency and save costs.
6. This product cannot be used in the same bath with anionic auxiliaries. Before using it in the same bath as softeners, relevant stability tests must be done first.

This product is a highly concentrated product, it is recommended to use after dilution with softened water (recommended dilution times 1 to 3)

Impregnation method: Dilution 1 - 4% (o.w.f), 25-45ºC*15-20min → dehydration, drying
Dipping method: dilution 10 - 40g/L, 140-170ºC drying and shaping
