Product Description
11021 is a complex of various kinds of high-molecular compounds.
It can be used in open width machine.
It can be applied in the pretreatment process for removing various kinds of mineral impurities on fabrics.
In the oxygen bleaching bath, it can combine with heavy metal ions, as calcium ions, magnesium ions and iron ions, etc. to form stable complex, which blocks the metal ions and keep the hydrogen peroxide stable and make it decompose slowly.
It can stabilize hydrogen peroxide to prevent broken hole in the steaming bleaching process.

11021:	2~3 g/ L
Degreasing and scouring agent:	1~2 g/ L

Steaming bleaching process:
11021:	2~5 g/ L (1/2 of caustic soda)
Degreasing and scouring agent:	3~4 g/ L
100% Caustic soda:	3~10 g/ L
27.5% Hydrogen peroxide	20~40 g/ L
