Product Description
70869 is a block silicone emulsion with special structure.
It can be applied in various kinds of fabrics of cotton, viscose fiber, cotton/ polyester, modal, Lycra and cotton/ nylon, etc., which makes the fabrics stiff, elastic, smooth and exquisite.

Features & Benefits

1. Stable in alkali, salt and hard water. High shear resistance.
2. Imparts fabrics excellent smooth, exquisite and stiff hand feeling.
3. Extremely low yellowing. Suitable for light color and bleached fabrics.
4. A very small dosage can achieve excellent effects.

Typical Properties

Appearance:	Transparent emulsion
Ionicity:	Weak cationic
pH value:	6.5±0.5 (1% aqueous solution)
Solubility:	Soluble in water

Instruction

1. It is recommended to use in padding process. 

Reference dosage: 30~80 g/L.
Setting: 150~180ºC. Time: 50~60s.
The bath pH value should be under 7 (5-6 is the best).

1. For unique hand feeling, it can be used together with other softener.
