Product Description
45740 is mainly composed of quaternary ammonium salt compound.
The reactive active groups in the Anti-mite & Antibacterial Finishing Agent not only can be covalently bonded with fiber molecules, but also can condense into a film by itself, which makes the antibacterial substances not dissolve from the fiber fabrics and the fabrics become highly washable.
The cationic antibacterial groups can form positive electric field on the surface of fiber to absorb negative charged fungus.
The antibacterial groups act on the cell membrane of bacteria, causing cell membrane defect and increasing permeability. It makes cytoplasm content leak and also impedes protein synthesis of bacteria, which results in the depletion of ribosomes in bacteria and causes the bacteria to die.
The antibacterial groups also selectively act on ergosterols in cell membranes of fungus to change the membrane permeability, which results in the depletion of important substance in cell and causes the fungus to die.
It can be applied in the mildew-proof and antibacterial finishing process for various kinds of fabrics of cotton, polyester, nylon, wool, polyester/cotton, nylon/cotton and viscose fiber, etc.

Instruction
Mildew-proof finishing for fabrics:

1. Padding process: Reference dosage: 20~50 g/L (Pickup: 70~90%)
2. Dipping process: Reference dosage: 2~5% (o.w.f.).
