98911 is a modified silicone emulsion with special structure.
It can be applied for various kinds of fabrics of cotton, viscose fiber, cotton/ polyester, modal, Lycra and cotton/ nylon, etc., which makes the fabrics stiff, elastic, smooth and exquisite.
