[Production description]
Dust-free silicone oil is a silicone softening finishing agent with excellent hydrophilicity with a ternary copolymer structure synthesized by a new synthesis technology. At room temperature, it is quite stable under both acidic and weak alkaline conditions; used for fabric finishing treatment, can give the fabric a softer, smoother and fuller hand feel, and has excellent hydrophilic properties, and the treated cotton fabric is hydrophilic 1-2 seconds.
[Production characteristic]
1.Have good temperature resistance, alkali resistance, electrolyte resistance and shear
resistance, and is safe and stable to use.
2. It is suitable for cotton and its blended fabric, especially the fabric after eating wool. After being softened and finished, the fabric will be rubbed 20 times by hand. The wool will not float on the liquid surface, but sink to the bottom of the cup.
3. Cotton and its blended fabrics, especially their woolen fabrics, after finishing and shaping, the fabrics are extremely hydrophilic, achieving an instant hydrophilic effect.
[Using method]
1.Recommended process-padding process: cellulose cotton (cotton, rayon, viscose, etc.) fabrics, the recommended dosage is 30-50g/LFor synthetic fiber and chemical fiber (polyester, nylon, nitrile, etc.) fabrics, the recommended dosage is 5-20g/L
2. It can be used with other soft finishing agents to obtain a special hand-feel style. Please do a compatibility experiment before use.
