It can be used for deepening and finishing of various medium and dark fabrics. It is especially suitable for deepening, hydrophilic and soft finishing of vulcanized black fabrics. The deepening effect is outstanding. The hydrophilicity is good.
Product Features
1. Good hydrophilicity: Does not affect the hydrophilic properties of pure cotton and its blended fabrics, and can give the fabric a good hydrophilic effect; the vulcanized black fabric after finishing has good hydrophilic properties and good wearing comfort.
2. Extremely high stability: The transparent liquid is characterized by a major breakthrough in the appearance of deepened silicone oils (emulsions or beige emulsions) in China. The excellent storage stability will not cause delamination or oil bleaching at all.
3. Perfect applicability: The characteristics of nano-level microemulsion guarantee stability in a high shear and wide pH range, and there is no phenomenon of sticking rollers, dipping, oil bleaching and demulsification of traditional silicone oil during use.
4. Application feel: Provides excellent soft-elastic, smooth, full-feel finishing effect.
5. Significantly deepening: The effect of deepening on vulcanized black fabric is significant, and the dyeing depth is effectively increased by 20% to 50%, which greatly saves the amount of dye and improves economic benefits.
6. Deepening and brightening: It has 20 to 50% deepening and brightening effect on medium and dark fabrics such as reactive black, red, sapphire blue, and has no negative effect on color fastness.
7. Very low yellowing: heat resistant yellowing grade 5, storage yellowing grade 4-5, completely suitable for hydrophilic soft finishing of light-colored or bleached fabrics.
8. Other properties: If the fabric finished by this product needs to be re-dyed, the silicon stripping process is simple and easy to repair.
Instructions for use
1.Recommended process: padding process, the recommended dosage is 50-80g / L
The pH value of the working fluid of the pad bath should be below 7 (preferably between 5.0 and 6.0).
2. Special requirements (such as durable and washable) sulfurized black hydrophilic finishing can be used with our factory's hydrophilic agent 5502H. The recommended amount of 5502H is 20-30g / L.
3. It can be used with other finishing agents to obtain a special hand feel style. Please do compatibility experiments before use.
