[Production description]

 Soft  silicone oil  is a modified silicone micro emulsion with a special structure. It can impart excellent softness, smoothness and fineness to cotton, viscose, cotton/polyester and other fabrics. It has excellent finishing effects when applied to various cellulose fibers and their blended fabrics.

[Production characteristic]

1. Used for cotton, viscose, modal fiber and cotton/polyester blends, etc., with outstanding softness, fineness and smoothness.

2.  Especially suitable for the hand-feel finishing of cotton stretch knitted fabrics. When the dosage is high, the softness of the fabric can be obviously improved.

                 3. The finished fabric becomes less yellow.

4. Excellent stability, good alkali resistance, salt resistance, hard water resistance, shear resistance,

5. Perfect compatibility, can be used in the same bath with special finishing agents such as resin, stiffening agent and antibacterial agent.

 

 

[Using  method]

      1.Recommend artwork

           Padding process: dosage 50g/L ~ 80g/L

The pH of the working fluid should be kept below 7 (the best is between 5 and 6, which can be adjusted with glacial acetic acid);

       2. Can be used in combination with other finishing agents to obtain a special touch style. Please make compatibility experiments before use

1. Please do not expose it to air for a long time, and cover it in time after use;

2. The best cut-off date does not mean that the product is no longer applicable. Performance testing should be performed prior to use to ensure that it is applicability.
