[Production description]

Sc-88768 is a modified silicone emulsion with special structure, It can impart excellent softness, fluffy  and smoothness to cotton, rayon, cotton/polyester and other fabrics. SC-88768 is applied to all kinds of cellulose fiber and its blended fabric with excellent finishing effect .

[Production characteristic]

1. It is used for cotton, rayon, modal, cotton/nylon, cotton/polyester and other fiber fabrics, with outstanding smooth, delicate and soft effects.

2. It is especially suitable for the handle finishing of cotton stretch knit fabrics, and the ideal softness and smoothness can be achieved with low dosage.

3. The yellowing of the finished fabric is minimal.

4. Good stability; good alkali resistance, salt resistance, hard water resistance and shear resistance.

 

 

[Using  method]

 1.Recommend artwork

          Padding process: dosage 30g/L ~ 50g/L, setting 150ºC ~ 180ºC, 50 seconds ~ 60 seconds.

         The pH value of the working fluid of the padding bath should be kept below 7 (optimally 5.0 ~ 6.0);

 2. Can be used in combination with other finishing agents to obtain a special touch style. Please make                      compatibility experiments before use

1. Please do not expose it to air for a long time, and cover it in time after use;

2. Please stir evenly before use;

3. The best cut-off date does not mean that the product is no longer applicable. Performance testing should be performed prior to use to ensure that it is

applicability.
