[Production description]

 Heat yellowing refers to the yellowing of fabrics and the fading of light-colored fabrics caused by exposure of brocade/spandex fabrics to various heat sources during processing.Heat yellowing resistant agent SD-3520H main consist of antioxidant with a special structure. mainly used to avoid yellowing of nylon fiber during contact heat treatment (compression molding) or air heat treatment (heat setting).

[use method and artwork]

Dipping method:general dosage0.2 ~ 0.5%(owf),pH value 6 ~ 8;80ºCdipping 20 ~ 30mins.

Padding method :dosage:  anti -setting yellowing  1 ~ 2 g/L,pH value6 ~ 8

       Compression molding yellowing resistant 2 ~ 4 g/L,pH value6 ~ 8

[NOTE ]dissolve the additive completely with warm water and then add it to the dyeing machine or batching tank before using

The heat-resistant yellowing agent SD-3520H can also be used with other finishing auxiliaries, but compatibility testing should be done beforehand.

Opened products when no using please fasten the inner plastic bag and the lid should be tightly closed.
