Production description
The anti-wrinkle agent in the bath is a high-molecular polymer and has very good lubricity. It is used in the processing of heavy and tight knitted fabrics, pre-treating fabrics, and has a very good anti-crease effect.

Characteristic and advantages
1. Reduce the friction between fabric and fabric, fabric and equipment to prevent the fabric from fluffing and scratching;
2. Reduce the creases caused by the knotting of the fabric during rope processing;

Application
Used as anti-wrinkle agent for intermittent processing of cotton, rayon, polyester, nylon and their blended thick and elastic fabrics
Reference dosage and workmanship 
 Dosage: anti-wrinkle agent in the bath 1~3% (o.w.f)
Process: Add anti-crease agent in the bath, after running for 5~10min → proceed according to normal process
 Note: This product is relatively viscous. It is necessary to ensure that the auxiliary agent is fully melted in the auxiliary tank before it can be added to the tank.
Packaging and storage
120KG / plastic drum (lined with plastic bag).  Sorted in cool place,prevent heated and exposure stable period is 6 months.
