Solubility:	Soluble in water at any ratio

[Brief introduction]

Cx-3198 is a block silicone microemulsion with special structure, which can give chemical fiber fabric excellent softness, smoothness and silky handfeel, the finished fabric also  has excellent hydrophilic effect in the same time .

[Characteristic and advantages]

1. It is used for the soft finishing of chemical fiber fabrics, giving the fabric a silky silky feel and good hydrophilicity;

2. Especially suitable for nylon fabrics, which can achieve excellent results with very little dosage;

3. The finished fabric yellow becomes smaller;

4. Also suitable for soft finishing of nylon bread yarn and seamless underwear;

5. Good stability; good alkali resistance, salt tolerance, hard water resistance and shear resistance.

[Using method ]

   1. Padding process: the reference dosage is 10-30 g/L; the pH value should be kept below 7 (preferably between 5-6);

2. Impregnation process: It is recommended to use 1:X (X=3-8) after dilution, the general dosage is 3-8%;

[Packaging and storage]

50KG or 120 KG/ plastic drum (lined with plastic bag).

Store in a cool, ventilated place to prevent exposure and storage period of 6 months
