Appearance:	light yellow transparent to semi-transparent liquid
pH value:	6.0 ±1.0 (1% aqueous solution)

[Brief Introduction]

   This product is the compounded of high-molecular polymer and surfactant. It can effectively prevent snagging and breaking from mechanical processing, and also it has the twisting function. So, it greatly improve the anti-pilling properties for fabrics.

 

[Product Characteristics]

  * Excellent anti-piling and napping ability for all kinds of fibers.

  * Good compatibility, can be used in the same bath with fixing agent and silicone oil.

  * No effect on the color shade and fastness of the fabrics.

  * Aldehyde-free, without APEO etc.

  

[Application procedure:]

     Suggested to adopt padding method, one dip one pad; drying or setting by regular process. 

     Volume: Anti-pilling agent 10-30g/L

 

[Storage]

50kg, 120kg plastic drum (with plastic bag lining); put in cool & ventilate place, keep away from heat and exposure; 6 months for storage period.
